Custom software
and compliance data

Technical consultancy and automated NYC cooling-tower and elevator reports.

How We Work

Software and Data

We build and maintain software for defined operational needs. We also publish automated reports based on official New York City records.

Working Principles

  • Define the scope and expected result before work begins
  • Choose technology that is appropriate and maintainable
  • Protect client, customer, and product data
  • Test our work and improve it in response to evidence

Our Services

Consultancy work is agreed and contracted directly. It is not sold or paid for on this website and will not use Stripe Managed Payments. Managed Payments is intended solely for the standard automated data products below, subject to availability and activation.

Custom Software Development

We design, build, and maintain software for specific business requirements.

Consultancy Services

We assess technical problems, explain the options, and help teams plan and deliver software projects.

Application Development

We build web and mobile applications, from initial design through deployment and maintenance.

Data Products

These two automated products use official NYC public datasets. The cooling-tower report is a current-state CSV, refreshed and sent again at least four times a billing month under a monthly subscription. The elevator product is a building-level CAT1 priority report, with a weekly subscription planned after delivery packaging is complete. Both use borough, BBL and BIN identifiers without street addresses, ZIP codes or personal contact records. Paid checkout is not currently open. The final price, currency and billing terms will be displayed before payment. The Terms of Sale explain the fields and limits of each report.

NYC Cooling-Tower Current-State Signals

A list of buildings with registered cooling towers that have a public sampling gap or relevant OATH signal on the retrieval date. Each entry includes supporting evidence. Refreshed and delivered at least four times a billing month.

NYC Elevator Compliance Priority Report

A building-level report of apparently overdue annual CAT1 filings. Buildings with at least one device that has no recognised open CAT1 enforcement code receive priority. Mixed-stage buildings remain possible.
