Lawful bases
We rely on different lawful bases depending on how and why we use personal information:

Before relying on legitimate interests, we consider whether the use of the information is necessary and proportionate and balance our interests against your rights and reasonable expectations. We aim to contact only people whose professional role makes the communication reasonably relevant to them.
We do not rely on legitimate interests to send electronic marketing where applicable law requires consent.
Analytics and Cookies
We use analytics services to help us understand how visitors use our website and to improve user experience.
Ahrefs Web Analytics
We use Ahrefs Web Analytics to understand aggregated website usage and page performance. According to Ahrefs, this service does not use cookies or persistent identifiers and does not store personally identifiable information by default.
Ahrefs processes page URLs, referrers, user-agent data, language preferences, and approximate city- and country-level location. It uses IP addresses together with user-agent data to calculate daily unique visitor numbers, but states that raw IP addresses are discarded and never stored and that the daily identifying salt is deleted every 24 hours. Ahrefs also records common interactions such as page views, link clicks, and form-submission events; we do not use this service to collect the contents of form fields.
We use this aggregated information to understand traffic patterns and improve the website. For more information, please read About Ahrefs Web Analytics.
Microsoft Clarity
We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how users interact with our website through session recordings and heatmaps. Clarity collects information including:
- Mouse movements, clicks, and scrolling behavior
- Pages visited and navigation patterns
- Device and browser information
- Session duration and interactions
This data is used for usability analytics to improve our website's user experience. We don't use it to identify you personally. For more information about how Microsoft processes this data, please visit the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
You can opt out of Clarity tracking by visiting https://clarity.microsoft.com/opt-out or by declining cookies on our site.
Note: Microsoft Clarity does not load if you decline optional cookies.
Meta Pixel (Facebook Pixel)
We use Meta Pixel to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and to provide a better experience. The Meta Pixel collects information including:
- Page visits and button clicks
- Browser and device information
- IP address and general location data
- Referral source (how you arrived at our site)
This data helps us understand which marketing campaigns are most effective and improve our advertising. For more information about how Meta processes this data, please visit the Meta Privacy Policy.

Service Providers
We may use trusted service providers and technology partners in connection with our website and business activities, including providers of website hosting, forms, email, communications, customer relationship management, analytics, advertising, and business-data services. Depending on the service, these providers may process information on our behalf or for purposes described in their own privacy notices. We only share information where appropriate and apply suitable contractual and data-protection safeguards where required.
Future Payment Processing
Paid checkout for our data products is not currently open. If checkout opens, we intend to use Stripe Managed Payments, subject to availability and activation. The checkout will identify the payment provider and merchant of record that apply to the transaction.
Payment details will be entered on a Stripe-hosted checkout. We will not collect or store full card numbers or card security codes. We may receive the contact, order and transaction information needed to deliver the product, provide product support, keep business records and handle refunds. Stripe and the merchant of record identified at checkout will process payment information under their own terms and privacy notices.
International Transfers
Some of our service providers, including providers named in this policy, may process personal information outside the United Kingdom. Where personal information is transferred to a country that is not covered by UK adequacy regulations, we require an appropriate safeguard recognised under UK data-protection law, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, unless a lawful exception applies. You can contact us for more information about the safeguards relevant to your personal information.

Your Right to Object to Direct Marketing
You have the right to object at any time to our use of your personal information for direct marketing. If you ask us to stop contacting you for marketing purposes, we will do so.
You can opt out by replying to any marketing email or by emailing contact@organosolutions.com.
